At Scentorah, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is exceptional and satisfying. We understand that sometimes you might need to return a product or request a refund, and we are here to make that process as easy and transparent as possible.

Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns for perfume within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The perfume should be in the same condition as you received it.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at scentorah@gmail.com Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is successfully delivered back to us.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds

Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, such as your Local Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash Account.

Refund Timing: Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized perfumes (Perfumes that are made specially on the demand of customers)  are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive such an item that is damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing perfumes of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or wrong perfume, please contact us on the same day you receive the perfume. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either offer a replacement or initiate a refund for the damaged or wrong perfume.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a perfume for a different fragrance or variant, we recommend initiating a return as per our return policy and placing a new order for the desired perfume.
