Order Confirmation

Phone Call Confirmation: After receiving your order, one of our team members will call you to confirm your order. Please make sure to provide an active phone number during checkout.

Processing After Confirmation: Your order will only be processed after the phone confirmation. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Missed Calls: If you do not pick up our confirmation call, there will be a delay in processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the order within a certain time, it may be canceled. Please ensure you are available to confirm your order.

Processing Time

Order Processing: Once confirmed, orders are processed within 1 business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we will keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, calculated at checkout  (Rs.200 For all over Pakistan)

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping is available at an additional cost with delivery times of 1 business day.

International Shipping

Availability: We ship worldwide! Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to duties or fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery in real-time.
